What is Breefly Care?
Breefly Care is our optional ongoing website support service. It gives you access to Breefly for technical support, maintenance and minor website updates after your website launches.
How much does it cost?
There are two options: £49 per month, cancel anytime, or £490 per year — that's two months free. Both plans include exactly the same support.
How do I pay?
Complete the short Breefly Care form and we'll review your website and email your invoice. Nothing is charged online and no card details are taken on the website.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. Just email us and we'll move you onto the other plan at your next renewal.
How do I request a change?
Simply email Breefly with what you need. We'll review the request and take care of minor updates covered by your plan.
What counts as a minor update?
Small changes to your existing website such as text, images, contact details and links. Breefly Care includes up to 30 minutes of minor updates each month.
Does unused time roll over?
No. The included update allowance resets each month.
Are bigger website changes included?
No. New pages, significant redesigns, new functionality and larger website changes can be quoted separately.
Is my Lovable subscription included?
No. Your website and Lovable account remain yours, and you pay your Lovable subscription and other third-party costs directly.
